Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, shape, and mobilize high-priority digital transformation initiatives in partnership with the Head of DCLM and CB CIB Digital executives. Drive alignment across business, product, and technology teams to accelerate execution.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers, strategy, and innovation teams to craft compelling transformation narratives and roadmaps that connect current state to future vision.
  • Lead or support the mobilization of cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines. Help remove blockers and maintain momentum on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality, audience-specific materials for senior leadership forums including CB CIB Digital Steering Committees and Business Unit Reviews. Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable messages.
  • Build trusted relationships with CB CIB Digital Leadership and their delegates. Ensure their perspectives are reflected in strategic initiatives and communications.
  • Partner with Readiness & Enablement and Digital Product teams to articulate the cumulative value of digital solutions in a compelling and measurable way.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data & Analytics teams to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience developing executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability and desire to learn fast.
  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional mindset.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in strategy and business operations roles in major fintech firms or top-tier banks.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience working in or with large financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Understanding of Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking products and services.
  • Strong familiarity with the financial technology ecosystem and digital trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability and desire to learn fast.
  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Tenacious and resilient in driving outcomes.
