ELM plays a critical role in driving adoption, deepening engagement, and increasing average revenue per customer (ARPC). We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, AI and Personalization to join our Lifecycle Transformation and Growth (LTG) team. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver personalization and AI-driven use cases that improve customer experiences and drive measurable business impact across the QuickBooks ecosystem.
