Job Description

About the Role

Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial technology platform that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. We do this by using technology to solve our customers' most important problems. We serve customers by finding more ways to put more money in their pockets, eliminating work and drudgery so they can focus on their lives and what matters to them, and ensuring that every financial decision they make, they make with confidence. Our flagship products - QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma and Mailchimp - define our commitment to revolutionize the way people manage their finances, run small businesses, and pay employees. Within Intuit, the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) powers the QuickBooks ecosystem, helping small businesses and the self-employed start, run, and grow their businesses with confidence. As part of GBSG, ELM is building next-generation personalization capabilities to reimagine how we engage customers across touchpoints. ELM plays a critical role in driving adoption, deepening engagement, and increasing average revenue per customer (ARPC). We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, AI and Personalization to join our Lifecycle Transformation and Growth (LTG) team. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver personalization and AI-driven use cases that improve customer experiences and drive measurable business impact across the QuickBooks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to define and implement new personalization and AI use cases that accelerate adoption, engagement, and ARPC.
  • Collaborate with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders across the org to understand how to connect our current capabilities and where we have gaps (e.g., work with product managers to articulate requirements).
  • Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and business needs into prioritized opportunities and technical requirements.
  • Lead test-and-learn roadmaps that validate hypotheses, leveraging experimentation frameworks to optimize personalization strategies.
  • Shape multi-channel strategies across email, push, SMS, web, and in-product communications to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful customer experiences.
  • Ensure alignment between personalization roadmaps, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Build business cases/opportunities sizing and report out on performance of new capabilities (e.g., revenue impact, ROI, retention) that demonstrate the impact of personalization initiatives.
  • Partner with the execution teams (strategic planning, AI, CRM analytics, MarTech, SalesTech, and Sales, operations, etc.) to ensure use cases are delivered as expected to support our intended growth and innovation goals.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Intuit's CRM and personalization capability stack, advancing best practices and scaling innovation across ELM and GBSG.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in personalization, CRM, growth, or data-driven marketing, with exposure to AI/ML applications (e.g., propensity models, recommendation systems, generative AI).
  • Breadth of knowledge across all areas of CRM marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, SMS, in product display ads) with depth and hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI in marketing, including fluency in model techniques, marketing use cases and proven ability to partner across product, engineering, analytics, and data science to deliver scalable personalization capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking: able to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and market trends to shape impactful personalization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills: crafts compelling, data-backed narratives that align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
  • Demonstrated tech-forward mindset: comfortable applying AI, martech, and data tools to improve performance and deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Skilled in data analysis and experimentation: builds robust business cases, designs bold experiments, and rapidly iterates to drive confident decision-making.
  • Experience driving measurable results tied to customer adoption, engagement, or monetization.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points.
  • High intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and passion for pushing the boundaries of personalization and AI innovation.
  • Proficiency with Project Management software (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence), Google docs, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Amplitude, and other data analysis tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multiple CRM marketing channels including email, push, SMS, and in-product display ads.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Amplitude.
