Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of analysts focused on empowering analytics and delivering insights across the New Propositions product suite.
• Build dashboards, set up and manage experiments, and provide data-driven insights to assist decision making.
• Provide input into personalization algorithms to inform product and business roadmaps.
• Build automated solutions for regular reporting for leadership.
• Engage with Business and Product team leadership to help define KPIs by having domain expertise in data and tooling capabilities.
• Responsible for business performance reporting and KPI visualizations.
• Manage data platforms and analytics tooling, working cross-functionally with the Global Technology team and data platform partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical insights, data, or consulting role.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts or data scientists.
• Experience working with data engineers or platform engineers is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to transform complex data sets into simple visuals and dashboards.
• Experience leveraging data visualization tools (Looker), SQL, and/or Python or statistical packages like R, SPSS, or Stata.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in ecommerce and/or conversational commerce.
• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Masters degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
