About the Role

The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Autodesk will help shape and drive digital marketing strategies by developing and implementing full funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, visitor behavior, product performance, and sales performance across all owned digital transactional channels. The role involves collaborating with global partners and teams outside of the immediate organization, such as analytics and Data Science teams, and reporting to the Sr. Director of Analytics, Data & Systems. This position is ideal for an experienced analyst with model building expertise and a strong understanding of statistics to achieve business growth and enhance customer experience in the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Web Analytics-driven solutions.
  • Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards, summarizing key findings and presenting actionable insights to the Digital eCommerce team and other stakeholders.
  • Support in the planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties.
  • Work with Web Analysts to perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand digital behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion attribution, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Manager—Business Intelligence manager or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing business intelligence functions and analyzing web performance data.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in model building and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate insights effectively.

  • Salary range in the U.S. between $125,800 and $203,500, based on experience and location.
