  • Own the development and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly labor market and economic updates for senior audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional AI initiatives that enhance team efficiency, insight delivery, and automation across People Insights.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, augmentation, and tooling, and partner with team members to implement them.
  • Bring a strategic lens to how AI and analytics work together to elevate the team's output and influence.
  • Build relationships with partner teams across the organization to stay on top of AI solutions in progress, surfacing opportunities to collaborate, learn from others, and avoid duplicative efforts.
  • Create scalable systems and workflows to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across the team.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the team's business impact and drive accountability.
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms that support resource optimization, goal alignment, and clarity of execution.
  • Act as a strategic communications hub, shaping and amplifying the team's voice through clear, compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in data-driven or AI-enabled environments.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying automation opportunities and delivering measurable operational improvements.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics, with experience integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Strong operational skills, including KPI development, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with a Master's degree, or 6 years' experience in related fields.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with People Analytics, HR technology, or workforce strategy.
  • Data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field, Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Information Technology.

  • Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Benefits & Perks

  • Financial benefits such as 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
  • Paid time off including PTO, sick leave, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
