Key Responsibilities

Set vision and goals for the team to lead optimizations within the QVC US business.
Partner with Analytics team to analyze reporting to identify performance trends and opportunities.
Analyze results for all platforms to increase conversion, sessions, and engagement on our platforms.
Identify opportunities and manage conversion driving programs for QVC's business.
Bring the strategy for the Onsite Search and Navigation Program.
Manage A/B Testing Program for QVC US Market.

Requirements

10+ years of A/B testing experience increasing responsibility and focus on analytics in a retail, hospitality, or ecommerce environment.
10+ years experience in Core and Targeted testing for digital platforms.
10+ progressive years leading multivariate testing for revenue growth or consumer engagement.
10+ years experience using analytics tools to guide digital strategy.

Nice to Have

Experience with multivariate testing for revenue growth or consumer engagement.
Experience in digital strategy development using analytics tools.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, hospitality, or ecommerce environment.
Proven track record in A/B and multivariate testing.
