Key Responsibilities

  • Be fully engaged in the CEG transformation as part of the Colleague Product Management team, contributing to the development and enhancement of products such as Oracle Career and Performance, Learning, and Recruiting systems.
  • Work within a cross-functional product team to ensure products are built and improved with an exceptional colleague experience at the forefront.
  • Use colleague insights to inform strategic roadmaps and define key success metrics to measure team progress.
  • Define and prioritize product features, articulate and deliver requirements, lead customer testing, and take new capabilities to market.
  • Evolve the product backlog and shepherd products through their entire lifecycle using product management best practices.

Requirements

  • Oracle HCM experience is required.
  • Preferred experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with software developers, engineers, and architects, with the ability to translate product requirements and ensure high-quality technology deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills across distributed and global teams, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners.
  • Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and bias toward action.
  • Ability to identify key questions, make product decisions, and assess how pieces of the puzzle interact.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to recognize issues quickly and determine resolutions.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience in Recruitment and/or Learning.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).
