Senior Manager, Digital Product Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Marketing's roadmap for campaign capability spanning digital channels such as email, SMS, mobile and web notifications, in-app banners, automation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns (lead gen, retargeting, onboarding, retention, winback).
• Develop business cases in support of new capabilities and secure approvals.
• Create project and product briefs highlighting functionality, customer experiences, use cases, and business outcomes for stakeholder alignment.
• Project manage implementation of all enhancements and fixes, including risk mitigation and accountability for delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollouts of new capabilities and technology through process definition, requirements, use case scenarios, and business acceptance testing.
• Monitor and ensure platform stability and usability; identify issues and serve as primary interface to Marketing Operations on platform status, issues, impacts, and ETA's on fixes.
• Maintain documentation on system capabilities, known issues, and configuration tradeoffs.
• Develop and manage scorecards on system performance metrics such as uptime and ticket resolution SLA.

Requirements

• Experience working in Marketing or IT/Product roles developing and delivering requirements for marketing and MarTech applications.
• Experience in documenting user experience / customer experience flows (as-is and to-be).
• Project management experience, including using JIRA to manage and track tickets.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with deep linking including universal links, appflyer, onelink, and custom URI setup and verification.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Localytics, Airship, or Salesforce Mobile Studio.
• Understanding of marketing and technology applications and their underlying technology 'how'.
• Proven ability to develop and prioritize marketing requirements and manage delivery.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus.
• Positive attitude and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Annual salary range of $106,000.00-180,500.00 depending on education, skills, experience, and location.
