About the Role

The Senior Manager of Dasher Lifecycle Marketing will lead the team responsible for the end-to-end CRM strategy supporting Dashers across their full lifecycle, from onboarding through re-engagement. This role involves managing a team of eight, collaborating with cross-functional partners including Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations, and driving high-impact programs to improve Dasher activation, satisfaction, and retention. The position sits within the Growth Marketing team at DoorDash and focuses on building personalized, cross-channel experiences to foster loyalty and fleet health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy for Dashers, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn mitigation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of eight Lifecycle Marketers responsible for building and executing campaigns that drive business results and fleet health.
  • Oversee all CRM programs and campaigns to ensure they deliver a cohesive, personalized, and effective Dasher experience.
  • Partner with Campaign Operations to ensure lifecycle campaigns are launched with consistency, speed, and high quality.
  • Develop quarterly and annual CRM roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with Dasher business priorities.
  • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, analyze performance, and establish reporting benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Supply and Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to scope and launch cross-functional initiatives that enhance personalization, education, and operational efficiency.
  • Advance CRM capabilities by improving targeting logic, creative tooling, journey management, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Drive innovation in personalization and automation by partnering with MarTech, Engineering, and Analytics to unlock new channels and levers.
  • Represent lifecycle marketing in roadmap planning, leadership reviews, and cross-functional working groups.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing.
  • 3 or more years of experience managing high-performing teams with a focus on ownership, accountability, and results.
  • Proven track record of delivering business impact through cross-channel marketing programs such as onboarding, engagement, and churn mitigation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing across Product, Analytics, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar ESPs and segmentation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions; SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and a bias for action.
