  • Develop and execute channel plans and lifecycle strategies for campaigns and always-on programs across the user journey.
  • Drive performance reporting and measurement on lifecycle strategies and campaigns, communicating results, insights, and recommendations upwards on a regular basis.
  • Manage the production of engaging, empathetic, and relevant messaging that converts across channels and audiences in collaboration with Editorial and Creative teams.
  • Ensure proper email communication hygiene and compliance protocols, following GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. standards as they are necessary.

  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and systems.

Benefits & Perks

  • Opportunity to support a mission-driven company focused on health and well-being.
  • Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Supportive and inclusive company culture.
