About the Role

Dentsu is seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Search (Temporary) to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies. The role involves day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals, working remotely, and managing large budgets within a dynamic digital marketing environment. This position is based in the US and is a temporary W2 role with a start date ASAP through September 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work hands-on within Paid Search platforms and accounts (SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) to develop and enhance various strategies and campaign types (Traditional Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) for several business lines
  • Assist the Director in Project Management tasks and prioritization to ensure realistic expectations are set and deadlines are hit
  • Uphold and expand upon internal processes for the successful management of Paid Search programs
  • Manage large budgets effectively
  • Monitor multiple account performance and ensure accurate targets are being achieved and the health of the accounts is maintained
  • Ensure effective communication internally and externally
  • Provide day-to-day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships
  • Be responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Manage all day-to-day efforts and serve as the primary SME voice to the client

Requirements

  • Expert understanding of SEM fundamentals
  • Excellent Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical skills
  • Experience managing client relationships through presentations and frequent communication
  • Experience working within SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience developing and enhancing all Paid Search campaign types (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.)
  • Experience working with Google's automated bidding solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Experience in digital advertising and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging tools in paid search

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in paid search and SEM
  • Proficiency in key advertising platforms and tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
