About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager to lead our Insights & Surveys team within the People Analytics function at Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, you will manage a high-impact team of 4-5 analysts focused on surfacing actionable workforce insights through both cross-functional and survey analysis. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to deliver insights that influence strategy and elevate the employee experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for analytics, insight generation, and employee survey design.
  • Design and oversee research methodologies that ensure validity, reliability and relevance of employee insights.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with the broader People Analytics team to integrate new data into the Analytics Platform.
  • Champion data privacy and ethical practices to ensure confidentiality and trust.
  • Continuously refine tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to enhance the accessibility and impact of insights.
  • Stay current on emerging practices in workforce listening, organizational behavior, and people analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, HR Analytics or related field or relevant experience in a People Analytics management role.
  • 4-5 years managing analytics teams.
  • Deep expertise in statistical methods, employee listening strategy, analytics, and data storytelling.
  • Proficiency in technical areas such as R, Python, SQL with a strong ability to source and work with data.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and Eightfold.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in management consulting.
  • Advanced degree in relevant disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing analytics teams.
  • Technical proficiency in R, Python, SQL.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Eightfold.
