About the Role

The Senior Manager of Product Offering Management in the Power Systems GBE at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies will lead the NPI and RMU offering management for the Electric Power Systems Product Line. The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful program execution. The position reports to the Product Line Sr Director/General Manager and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is instrumental in maintaining Honeywell's market position in electric power systems, including generators, APUs, and electric propulsion products, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability through New Product Introductions (NPI) and Retrofits, Mods, and Upgrades (RMU).
  • Define and prioritize market opportunities based on Quad classifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings using Z21 process to create business case.
  • Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to achieve flawless launch and commercialization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify NPI and RMU growth opportunities.
  • Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the extended team in support of the Electric Power Systems Product Line execution of AOP, STRAP, and SIOP.
  • Ensure the execution of NPI programs achieves revenue, cost, and schedule objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, program management, customer management, and/or offering management within the Aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products to market.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen.
  • Must be a U.S. Person, i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under U.S. laws.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Experience in offering management.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Diverse experience in Integrated Supply Chain, Program Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
