Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion while leading resources and timelines
  • Strategic Thinking Capability to develop long-term strategies aligned with business goals and technological advancements
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, technologies, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies to facilitate rapid and flexible product development
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and make informed decisions that support business growth
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to technical and business challenges
  • Skills in building and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder presentation

Nice to Have

  • Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration or Technology Management
  • Experience of 5+ years in product management in an agile environment
  • Hands-on technical experience writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in technological product deployment
  • Knowledge of Agile practices
  • Customer Satisfaction skills based on feedback-driven feature enhancement
  • Certifications such as CPM, PSPO, or CBAP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
