Senior Marketing Analyst - Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness in generating product consideration and converting leads to customers.
• Develop insights that improve marketing campaigns and website's ability to drive demand.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and opportunities for analysis.
• Create reporting and analysis for marketing ROI across all sources through analytics, insights, and experimentation.
• Utilize SQL to query data from LiveRamp, Adobe Analytics, and internal sources to analyze customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with agencies on marketing mix and attribution models to understand the value of various customer engagements.
• Present marketing performance and insights during monthly reviews and planning sessions.
• Manage ad-hoc analytic requests related to paid media and website performance.
• Support quarterly and annual marketing planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field such as Statistics or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of industry experience in an analytical role related to marketing or website analytics.
• Experience working with marketing teams, sales, and marketing agencies.
• Experience in website or mobile app analytics using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience creating dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to leverage data insights to influence business decisions and communicate analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate curiosity, and solve problems.
• Ability to establish and execute work plans across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in analyzing customer journeys and attribution modeling.
• Knowledge of marketing mix modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field such as Statistics or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or website analytics roles.
