Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Marketing and other business lines through the creation and deployment of multichannel marketing automation campaigns, ad hoc emails, and tracking delivery metrics.
• Enhance Adobe Campaign Classic capabilities and monitor daily operational processes related to the application.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Software Engineers, and Data Management teams to ensure workflows, automations, data tables, and integrations are functioning properly.
• Work closely with IT business partners, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Content Authors as the subject matter expert for Adobe Campaign Classic platform.
• Support enterprise change management and SDLC processes, including testing, defect management, peer review, and release management.
• Write and maintain system documentation, SOPs, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, and data flows.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements, operational processes, and project strategies.
• Author complex system reports and data migration templates.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing automation, multichannel campaign creation, digital marketing best practices, and campaign testing.
• Subject Matter Expert in Adobe Campaign Classic platform and knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Experience orchestrating and building successful multichannel marketing automation campaigns with tracking metrics.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing operations and integrations within Adobe Experience Cloud Suite, including Campaign Classic, Experience Manager, Target, Audience Manager, and Analytics.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages is a plus.

• Prior experience managing operations and integrations within Adobe Experience Cloud Suite of products.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite tools.
