Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize MS SQL Server to transform, analyze, and extract data from large, disparate databases.
• Design and build Tableau dashboards to visualize and report on trends and relationships in data.
• Query data from data warehouses, perform data analytics, and develop insights for analysis.
• Apply statistical methodologies including A/B testing, linear and logistic regression.
• Use Python to join data from various sources, prepare data for analysis, and leverage statistical concepts to identify relationships and trends.
• Apply data analytics and statistical analysis methods to inform marketing strategies in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Manage requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to capture stakeholder needs.
• Utilize reporting and analytics functionalities in Salesforce.
• Develop clear written reports and present findings to senior stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related position.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience designing dashboards in Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Experience using Python for data joining and analysis preparation.
• Familiarity with data analytics in a marketing or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics in Salesforce.
• Ability to develop and communicate insights through reports and presentations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
• Additional certifications in data analysis or related fields.
• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Tableau.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in a relevant quantitative field.
• One year of relevant experience.
