Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize MS SQL Server to transform, analyze, and extract data from large, disparate databases.
• Design and build Tableau dashboards to visualize and report on data trends and relationships.
• Query data from data warehouses, perform data analytics, and communicate insights for analyses.
• Apply statistical methodologies including A/B testing, linear and logistic regression.
• Use Python to join data from different sources, prepare data for analysis, and leverage statistical concepts to identify relationships and trends.
• Apply data analytics and statistical analysis methods to inform marketing strategies in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Manage requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to capture stakeholder needs.
• Utilize reporting and analytics features in Salesforce.
• Develop clear written reports and present findings to senior stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role or the specified job.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience designing dashboards in Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies including A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Experience using Python for data joining and preparation.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively through reports and presentations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience applying data analytics and statistical methods for marketing strategy development.
• Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in a quantitative field.
