Senior Marketing Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, campaign execution, and day-to-day management of the marketing team.
• Identify and understand our customers and create & execute plans to increase our customer base locally & nationally.
• Lead the Marketing Team.
• Manage budgets and optimize coop budgets to deliver the best possible results.
• Analyze market trends, report on key metrics, interpret results, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors & partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be a leader.
• Project management & people development skills.
• Experience in building a brand nationally.
• Retail experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing in formats including Outdoor, Email Paid, Organic Search, Traditional Television, and Streaming platforms.

Nice to Have

• MBA degree.
