About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, capable, and experienced analyst with demonstrated success in developing marketing forecasts and assisting with scenario planning. You have a strong mastery of data and how to leverage historic trends, industry data and customer behavior to help to model future growth, driven by multiple sales and marketing strategies. You're adept at synthesizing diverse data points to form agile and cohesive forecasting scenarios that helps us to think through the risks and benefits of different approaches to driving growth and maximizing return. You're passionate about data-driven strategies and are able to balance translating strategic "big picture" guidance to accurate and detail-oriented results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop forecasts and assist with scenario planning exercises to evaluate different ways to allocate resources and spend to drive both customer and multi-product growth in various markets and segments.
  • Work with analytic and reporting partners to synthesize data from various systems, validate assumptions, and build effective scenarios for leadership planning.
  • Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and others to formulate, compare, visualize data, derive insights, and analyze results to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive actions, and recommend how to adapt marketing efforts to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Within the first 30 days: learn the data landscape, understand current strategies, assist with tracking campaign performance, understand existing forecasts, and begin scenario planning.
  • Within the first 60 days: improve forecasting templates, partner with team leads for KPI integration, ensure budget alignment, and approach marketing planning across business lines.
  • Within the first 90 days: finalize new forecasting templates, partner on annual planning, review market performance reports, act as a trusted advisor, identify emerging issues, and design reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, sales, or marketing/sales forecasting, preferably in financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, building, and maintaining forecasting templates with agile capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
  • Deadline-driven with proactive, forward-thinking, and resourceful mindset.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build partnerships and influence within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate creative strategies against objectives.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to develop dashboards, reports, and tell stories to leadership.
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, changing environments with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with financial marketing platforms and tools like Salesforce and FIS.
  • Advanced experience with Workfront or similar project management software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Salary range of $72,500.00 - $134,500.00, with variations based on location, skills, experience, and education.
