Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics and insights to support the Omnichannel Commercial efforts within the US and Global Marketing organizations.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, monthly reporting with insights, participate in brand campaign development and rollout, as well as ad-hoc analysis.
  • Develop and implement digital campaign analytics including audience analysis, micro-segmentation, digital persona development, omnichannel customer journey development, test-and-learn campaign testing, and analytics around content and channel affinity.
  • Combine digital/omnichannel data analysis with insights from other sources into a story for a brand.
  • Report to the Director of Media and Campaign Analytics and work with brand/omnichannel marketing teams.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GCC, PRM, and broader analytics teams to understand strategic objectives.
  • Provide performance insights and campaign analytics to marketing leadership.
  • Lead the development of monthly and quarterly reports through coordination with agency resources, offshore teams, and internal partners.
  • Interpret, summarize, and communicate analyses to drive campaign understanding and provide unbiased insights.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to align on analytical priorities for strategic improvements.
  • Develop and deliver analysis using complex data sources, including industry syndicated data, tactical performance data, etc.
  • Merge insights with industry knowledge to develop test and learn opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage available tools and resources to maximize analytical output.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of forecasting, analytics, sales, or marketing operations experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and HCP omnichannel performance and optimization strategies.
  • Experience creating omnichannel measurement and tracking plans across the consumer journey.
  • Experience working with measurement around HCP custom programs.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks across the full consumer journey.
  • Ability to translate campaign and analytic results into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as Paid Search (SEM), Organic Search (SEO), Paid Social, Earned Social, Display, and Email.
  • Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functional groups.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, and projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of measurement gaps and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience with creating learning plans to measure relationships between business and media KPIs.
  • Experience working with industry syndicated media measurement and benchmarking data.
  • Ability to develop recommendations for multiple brands based on omnichannel measurement plans.
