The Senior Marketing Manager for US Personal & Business Banking Deposits Lifecycle Marketing at BMO is responsible for developing and executing revenue-oriented marketing retention strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention throughout the entire customer journey. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build omni-channel customer journeys, leveraging data streams and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized experiences, and maintaining an understanding of BMO Deposit products to drive engagement and limit attrition across segments.
