About the Role

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist at Xsolis will play a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and with full accountability. This person will be the go-to for marketing budget management, KPI analysis, and go-to-market execution, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders. The role involves collaboration on MarTech stack evaluations, supporting campaign execution, and continuous process improvements within a healthcare-focused AI-driven company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain marketing vendor contract management, contract negotiations, and invoice processing.
  • Own and manage the full marketing budget process—tracking, monthly reconciliation, and reforecasting in partnership with Marketing and Finance.
  • Ensure accurate allocations, maintain budget documentation, and proactively identify discrepancies.
  • Help guide investment decisions by providing financial visibility to marketing leaders and advising on spend pacing.
  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs such as lead flow, campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline influence.
  • Connect data across systems to ensure holistic performance views and derive actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot attribution issues, gaps in tracking, and data inconsistencies—partnering with Digital Marketing and RevOps teams to resolve them.
  • Coordinate project management functions within the marketing project management platform and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • List management and coordination with the Digital Marketing, CRM, and sales teams.
  • Manage campaign workflows, track deliverables via Wrike, and ensure GTM documentation is complete and aligned.
  • Support campaign setup, audience coordination, and creative timelines with internal and external teams.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline execution and reduce friction across marketing functions.
  • Collaborate on MarTech stack evaluations and onboarding of new tools.
  • Support the rollout of new processes and train marketing team members on operations and best practices.
  • Serve as a connector between platforms and teams—ensuring seamless integrations and consistent workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations in a B2B environment, with healthcare or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and reconciling large marketing budgets with cross-functional finance collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze and derive insights from multi-platform data.
  • Experience working with MarTech platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, DemandScience/Terminus, Google Analytics, Wrike, Datorama, Wistia, WordPress, or Plannah.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and multitouch-attribution models.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Wrike is a plus.
  • Project management mindset—comfortable managing timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with (not necessarily administering) MarTech platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, DemandScience/Terminus, Google Analytics, Wrike, Datorama, Wistia, WordPress, Plannah.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and multitouch-attribution models.
