The role of Senior Marketing Performance Analyst sits within the Global Brand & Marketing Customer Experience, Performance and Operations department, supporting program governance and performance as the organization moves toward marketing automation leveraging a customer data platform. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, digital design, and marketing channels to ensure marketing efforts drive key business OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Marketing Ops Channel Owners, Sales, Digital Designers, Technology, Engagement, Growth, and Activation partners as the Data Lead for their assigned Line of Business.
  • End to end responsibility for Data related tasks in marketing execution, including providing strategic data leadership, influencing measurement practices, uncovering and validating meaningful data, and driving a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Discover, define, and create target audiences in partnership with Customer Insights and establish data needs for proper segmentation within the MarTech environment.
  • Partner with Marketing Data Engineering to connect key business data with the Marketing Data Environment.
  • Understand data implications of working with modern marketing technology such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, PathFactory, PowerBI.
  • Provide clear paths for data connection to business outcomes and track overall agile POD performance against OKRs.
  • Recommend and prioritize strategic testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
  • Create and manage reporting and data visualization, synthesize key performance metrics, and share insights with stakeholders during Sprint Reviews.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a digital, product, or finance role.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing multi-channel campaigns to generate insights for test and learn strategies.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 3+ years of data visualization experience for creating dashboards.
  • Adept at data presentation using dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep understanding of analytics, marketing metrics, statistics, and financial metrics.
  • Ability to simplify complex data and communicate findings effectively across organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent project management skills with a commitment to deadlines and processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure data lake and big data platforms.
  • Experience with database tools such as MySQL and SQL Server.
  • Experience with statistical tools like R, SAS, Python, and techniques such as segmentation, regression modeling, and customer lifetime value.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Prior experience with Alteryx or similar data automation platforms.
  • Experience with attitudinal and social media measurement tools like Medallia and Sprinklr.
  • Experience with web analytics and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics.
  • Ad server experience with Google Ad Manager or OpenX.
