About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Developer with a strong focus on customer data, omni channel personalization and media marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing technology solutions that leverage data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and scalable MarTech solutions, with a particular emphasis on targeting, retargeting, real-time personalization, customer data platform (CDP) implementations and AI-based personalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust media marketing architecture for new and existing customers, encompassing Targeting & Retargeting strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, video).
  • Lead Media Activation integration to enable digital marketing through social media and advertising platforms.
  • Design and implement real-time personalization strategies for existing and new customers across various channels (e.g., online and offline channels).
  • Integrate real-time data streams (e.g., website behavior, location data, purchase history) to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Design and integrate rules-based and machine learning-based personalization models.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines for ingesting and enriching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data as part of CDP strategy.
  • Develop and maintain customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and other relevant data.
  • Integrate the Customer Data Platform (CDP) with downstream systems to activate customer data for personalized campaigns.
  • Design and implement a prospect data store, including data acquisition, enrichment strategies, data quality, hygiene processes, and compliance considerations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, marketing, business, IT, and UX teams to understand data needs and deliver use cases.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture with a focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations.
  • Expertise in MarTech stack including Tealium, Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and customer experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML concepts such as recommendation engines, propensity modeling, and next-best-action algorithms.
  • Experience with data privacy and compliance considerations.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines and data orchestration tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in MarTech development and architecture.
