Our data enables media companies to connect with audiences for new shows and movies, and enables advertisers to engage viewers and measure reach across all their devices. We have an amazing story with a unique perspective on culture formed by a global footprint of data and AI-driven insights. The Senior Measurement Partner, Data & Analytics, will leverage deep expertise in data manipulation and measurement to drive the integrity and efficiency of measurement products, owning complex data pipelines, setting data quality standards, and influencing high-quality insights for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for complex measurement studies, including advanced querying, extraction, transformation, and validation of large, multi-source datasets to support analyses.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, completeness, and consistency across all measurement outputs. Proactively identify and resolve complex data discrepancies and integrity issues.
  • Drive the development and implementation of robust process efficiencies related to data pulling, processing, and formatting. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to automate workflows and enhance data infrastructure.
  • Architect and prepare sophisticated data structures that enable the generation of both pre-sales and post-sales measurement insights, integrating with internal data visualization tools for high-impact client deliverables.
  • Act as the primary technical data liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring precise study implementation from a data perspective and proactively troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, clear documentation on client-specific data processes, methodologies, and output specifications, serving as a knowledge resource for the team.
  • Contribute to discussions about evolving research products and methodologies, providing expert data-driven insights and technical feasibility assessments to enhance measurement capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering their development in data extraction, validation, and analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide critical data points and insights that strengthen positioning stories and demonstrate the tangible value of audience media and measurement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working extensively with large, complex datasets, with a proven track record in data extraction, manipulation, validation, and quality assurance within a measurement or analytics context.
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, thriving on diving deep into data to identify patterns, diagnose intricate data-related problems, and implement robust solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic process improvements that enhance data efficiency and quality.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with data analysts, product, engineering, and client-facing teams.
  • Understanding of ad measurement methodologies (e.g., control/exposed experiments) and their data requirements.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex data concepts and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools and integrating data structures with visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization in data processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, computer science, or economics.

Benefits & Perks

  • Annual salary between $110,000 - $125,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and performance.
  • Additional rewards may include an annual bonus, short-term and long-term incentives.
