The Senior Partner Marketing Manager role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies with large-scale Global System Integrators (GSIs) to increase awareness, drive joint demand, and grow partner-driven pipeline and ACV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align GSI engagement with Okta's business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Create a bespoke 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) blueprint for partners to elevate awareness and achieve business results.
  • Drive joint ABM initiatives with GSIs to expand opportunities within strategic accounts, including the G2K.
  • Collaborate with regional partner marketing and field marketing teams to design and implement demand generation campaigns with GSIs that increase awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Work with GSI partners and external agencies to develop co-branded content, case studies, webinars, and event speaking engagements to showcase joint successes.
  • Build strong relationships with partner managers, ecosystem stakeholders, and the extended marketing team to ensure seamless execution of global and regional partner campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to optimize marketing investments and measure partner-driven pipeline and ACV growth.
  • Partner with the events team to sell sponsorships to GSIs, drive partner attendance, and ensure a high-value partner experience at flagship events such as Oktane, Oktane on the Road, Identity Summits, and SKO.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the GSI ecosystem, partner dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing impactful global partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with regional field and partner marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across geographies.
  • Core marketing fundamentals including demand generation, account-based marketing, and journey creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required.
