Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for the Learning Management Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, and updating it based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging priorities.
• Communicate release information to stakeholders transparently and efficiently, and position roadmap initiatives to customers during sales calls and events.
• Ensure KPIs are in place to measure the success and impact of the Litmos platform, analyzing user data and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Lead Go-to-Market efforts by aligning with stakeholders to plan and execute product launches.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Collaborate across engineering, UX design, content, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
• Work closely with product owners to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure clear documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with QA teams to ensure development work meets quality standards before release.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop training materials and documentation for users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the EdTech or LMS industry.
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and emerging learning platform solutions.
• Success in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management; familiarity with AHA and Pragmatic methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and user experience practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as SCORM and xAPI, accessibility requirements, mobile requirements, and learning content formats.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AHA and Pragmatic product development methodologies.
