Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and capabilities that align with business goals and customer needs
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for technology solutions
• Exercise independent judgment to guide low - medium - high complexity deliverables
• Leverage understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) and best practices to guide scalability, security, and performance of technology solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories
• Effectively collaborate with technology team to drive clarity, provide input on proposed technology solutions, and ensure successful delivery
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand up, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Clearly define stories, features, and acceptance criteria for sprint deliverables
• Understand customer pain points and convert them into actionable problem statements and solutions
• Help improve UX/UI in experiences where relevant by partnering with designers
• Ensure product solutions comply with banks legal, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements by partnering with experts
• Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
• Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, including cloud computing, microservices architecture, APIs, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective) and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to translate, summarize, and document complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, actionable decisions
• Demonstrated effective influencing and collaboration skills at all levels
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral communication skills
