About the Role

The Senior Product Managers at Swire Coca-Cola enhance IT capabilities through strategic relationships within and beyond the IT organization. Senior Product Managers efficiently manage teams to implement solutions, understand strategic business needs, prioritize technological initiatives, and execute these initiatives effectively. Proficient in both product and project management, our Senior Product Managers collaborate as Product leaders to advance the Product discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders both inside and outside the Technology organization to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives
Build strategic relationships with business leaders to stimulate, surface, and shape demand roadmaps with clearly prioritized initiatives
Ensure that the business's products, services, and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization
Lead by example and model desired behaviors, such as transparency, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement
Foster a culture of learning and growth, encouraging partners to share ideas and feedback, and work to incorporate these insights into strategy and operations
Continuously develop and refine leadership skills through training, mentoring, ongoing feedback, and reflection
Be proactive and forward-thinking regarding changes in the external environment and organizational needs to ensure adaptability and organizational success
Work closely with partners to understand their social, environmental, and financial priorities and develop domain knowledge of their organizational functions
Advance product and project capabilities beyond the role and function, sharing ownership with the full Change and Technology community for continuous improvement
Emphasize the importance of clear and effective communication, championing a culture of shared ownership and organizational evolution
Improve the value framework to drive organizational awareness and education, and advocate as a champion of change for partners' strategic plans

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years' experience with a proven track record in technology management roles and relevant functional experience
4+ years' experience championing organizational evolution, leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions
Strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
