HireRight is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Open source Intelligence (OSINT) team. The OSINT team believes in creating safe, trustworthy, and inclusive communities and enables our customers to achieve this by providing the most accurate, fast, comprehensive, and up-to-date insights of their current and future workers' digital presence. This is a strategic product team within the organization and their work powers the best background screening and monitoring business in the industry. This role involves reimagining and driving innovative products, collaborating with a globally distributed organization, and establishing partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needs.
  • Drive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities.
  • Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fit.
  • Establish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and technologies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirements.
  • Clearly communicate and build consensus with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participate and contribute to marketing events, conferences, and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader in the space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a product leader defining, building, and launching successful software/SAAS products, with at least one being a zero to one product.
  • Experience overseeing product strategy, defining roadmaps, and requirements for complex product portfolios.
  • Ability to set clear goals, OKRs, measure product performance, and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience leading and partnering with large distributed and cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and experimentation to validate product market fit.
  • Ability to formulate a cohesive product strategy and value proposition and communicate clearly to upper management and peers.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of, and expertise in, product management disciplines and frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or relevant master's degree.
  • Domain knowledge in public records, criminal/civil offenses, law enforcement, background screening.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory environments such as FCRA, GDPR.
  • Experience with AI/ML and big data.
  • Experience building B2B Enterprise products.
