Job Description

About the Role

Think wellness apps are just step counters and meditation timers? So did we... until we realized we could build something that actually changes how people age. At Assured Allies, we're not just tracking steps - we're cracking the code on behavior change for the 50+ crowd, and it turns out that's way more interesting (and impactful). We're bringing real clinical research into consumer product design, building features that blend psychology, health science, and smart UX to create experiences that not only engage users but actually help them live better, longer lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who gets energized by owning something meaningful from strategy to launch and loves the challenge of making behavior change feel effortless and fun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy - prioritize smartly, define MVPs, and align with both business and user goals.
  • Turn user insights into intuitive experiences - run interviews, synthesize feedback, and translate needs into flows and features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work with design, engagement, clinical, and R&D teams to shape experiences that feel seamless and human.
  • Drive measurable impact - define KPIs, dig into data, and iterate based on what works (and what doesn't).
  • Manage execution with clarity - write solid requirements, lead sprint cycles, and launch features that deliver real value.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products.
  • Bring strong product sense and a sharp eye for detail, with the empathy to design for users 50+.
  • Are comfortable working across functions, aligning diverse teams around a shared goal.
  • Know how to balance structure with speed - you’re organized, but know when to adapt.
  • Are data-fluent - you use metrics to steer decisions, not just justify them.
  • Can speak tech with engineers, UX with designers, and outcomes with business teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with regulatory environments, clinical content, or designing for older adults.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regulatory environments, clinical content, or designing for older adults.

Benefits & Perks

  • Build a product that actually improves lives - with clinical depth and consumer reach.
  • Help redefine what "aging well" can look like.
  • Work with a smart, passionate team that values real-world results over vanity metrics.
  • Own big problems, and have the resources and trust to solve them.
