About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Quantum Myriad.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high product quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing on launch strategies, product collateral, and compelling messaging.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to gather customer feedback and address evolving product needs.
  • Develop detailed product requirement documents and user stories to capture customer and business needs.
  • Balance competing priorities by assessing impact, feasibility, and return on investment.
  • Serve as the internal product champion, communicating updates, challenges, and success metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Present product roadmaps and strategy to senior leadership, translating technical details into actionable business recommendations.
  • Track and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements.
  • Evaluate key metrics such as user adoption rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise software solutions or data storage products.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex product roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with storage, data protection, and/or networking solutions is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate market insights and customer needs into a strategic product roadmap.
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills to evaluate product investments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with storage, data protection, and/or networking solutions.
  • Understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
