Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle—from zero to one—for new employee engagement and performance management features.
  • Define product strategies grounded in financial impact, user needs, and company OKRs.
  • Develop and track KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria to measure business and user impact.
  • Collaborate with Finance and executive stakeholders to assess risk, revenue potential, and ROI for new initiatives.
  • Lead discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development based on customer insights, data, and strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and mitigate product risks across technical, operational, and market dimensions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and go-to-market alignment.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the Product organization, driving excellence in execution and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, including launching products from zero to one.
  • Strong fluency in product KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to assess product feasibility and value.
  • Proven ability to identify, quantify, and manage product risks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employee incentives, recognition, or performance management domains.
  • Familiarity with gamification principles and user engagement strategies.
  • Deep experience with API-first product development and third-party integrations.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial modeling or P&L awareness.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
