Key Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle—from zero to one—for new employee engagement and performance management features.
Define product strategies grounded in financial impact, user needs, and company OKRs.
Develop and track KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria to measure business and user impact.
Collaborate with Finance and executive stakeholders to assess risk, revenue potential, and ROI for new initiatives.
Lead discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development based on customer insights, data, and strategic goals.
Evaluate and mitigate product risks across technical, operational, and market dimensions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and go-to-market alignment.
Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the Product organization, driving excellence in execution and strategy.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, including launching products from zero to one.
Strong fluency in product KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to assess product feasibility and value.
Proven ability to identify, quantify, and manage product risks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in employee incentives, recognition, or performance management domains.
Familiarity with gamification principles and user engagement strategies.
Deep experience with API-first product development and third-party integrations.
Strong business acumen, including financial modeling or P&L awareness.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
