Senior Product Manager, Gas Separation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings, representing product management with quality, supply chain, ER&D, Field Applications, EH&S, and Finance.
• Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks.
• Manage product lifecycle including inventory, part number, pricing approvals, and service support.
• Manage the customer-facing Product Change Notification (PCN) process.
• Maintain product line marketing collateral to support field service and sales personnel.
• Ensure products exceed customer expectations in quality and on-time delivery.
• Work with quality and customers to resolve concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvements to the product line(s).
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement, operations, and procurement teams to drive gross margin initiatives.
• Support project management, engineering, and new product introduction teams for seamless product launches.
• Develop a working knowledge of SAP to understand inventories and production schedules for business decisions.
• Achieve financial targets, forecast product demand, and develop long-term strategies.
• Identify market opportunities and create a product pipeline aligned with industry and customer needs.
• Define market requirements for quality, cost, and delivery for major platforms and align goals with corporate resources.
• Manage the product portfolio from idea inception to end of life, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Create and present marketing materials including presentations, datasheets, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, engineering, or science discipline.
• Product management or operations/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in gas filtration and/or gas purification or related technology preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, resulting in business growth.
• Proven leadership skills in portfolio management, P&L management, and business development.
• Highly organized and a self-starter.
• Team player with passion, enthusiasm, and focus.
• Collaborative leader capable of inspiring teams and prioritizing for execution.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to travel globally up to 35% and participate in conference calls outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
