Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. In this role, you will develop AI platforms and applications for Google Cloud enterprise customers seeking to transform their business operations with agentic AI solutions. You will support using large language models for enterprise B2B and B2C use cases - collaborating with GDM, Cloud AI, and other partner teams spanning product, engineering quality, and research. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the idea and roadmap for enterprise AI products, leveraging data and user insights to inform critical decisions, identify and track emerging industry trends, and introduce AI automation offerings.
- Lead the creation of prototypes and iterations, driven by user feedback, explore and lead user-centric proposals, bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, and play a key role in developing the product story, gauging user resonance, and executing the idea.
- Work within a team, partnering with engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales to ensure product launches.
- Manage ambiguous problems and develop solutions, debug, track, and resolve issues to ensure high usability and value, and partner with cross-functional teams to understand the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and implement resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.
- Experience working in a business function or role (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service, marketing, finance, HR, legal, or other business operations).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits & Perks
- US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Additional benefits include bonus, equity, and other benefits as detailed by Google.
