The role involves owning, defining, and launching mission-critical initiatives within Adobe’s Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), a leading enterprise product that helps manage large-scale data and build exceptional customer experiences through audience segmentation and data orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently envision, define, own and drive critical areas for the product to build a world class product offering
  • Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities across various workflows
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and field teams to identify and deliver delightful user experiences
  • Provide a strong customer perspective on optimizing marketing strategies through audience discovery
  • Work with product marketing and go-to-market organizations to help drive market success
  • Help the business scale to serve thousands of customers

Requirements

  • Relevant product management experience; ideally 5+ years in a relevant enterprise product in a high growth phase or a customer data platform
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to synthesize information from various sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions
  • Experience defining and executing complex product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with near-term execution
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to cross functional collaborators

  • Experience with customer data platforms or data management solutions
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and audience segmentation
