We’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. The auction is the heart of our Search Ads business, a highly sophisticated system that decides which ads are shown for a given query, how these ads are ranked, and how much advertisers pay for a click. We are a data-driven team with a user-focused mindset, dedicated to showing relevant and helpful ads that meet user needs while driving value for advertisers. Our mission is to ensure a high-quality user experience on Search Ads, focusing on long-term benefits for users, advertisers, and our business.
