About the Role

Snowflake's AI Data Cloud is revolutionizing how businesses discover, integrate, and use data products. Our Marketplace allows organizations to seamlessly access valuable datasets, applications, and AI models. Now we're taking it further by bringing Snowflake original data content, providing data and insights as a service to every Snowflake customer to power both their analytics and AI. As part of the Collaboration & Marketplace Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in Snowflake's AI Data Cloud strategy. You'll own Snowflake's internal content arm, transforming an already rich collection of public-domain data into high-quality products that enhance our customers' analytics and AI capabilities. We're looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Product Manager to own and grow this business while developing and scaling our suite of products. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, product development, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure our data products are critical to our customer's success driving business value with Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the business and be responsible for product metrics around revenue and adoption all-up.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product.
  • Own product requirements, outcomes, and oversee the end-to-end customer experience to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and easy-to-use product with fast time-to-insight.
  • Partner with GTM and Marketing leadership on positioning, marketing strategies, and sales enablement for the product area.
  • Understand competitive and market trends and serve as the SME and top evangelist for Snowflake's Data Products both internally and externally to increase adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and delivering data products with a track record of driving business impact.
  • Demonstrable expertise working on data pipelines, analytics engineering best practices, data source evaluation, likely in prior analytics roles such as analytics engineer, data engineer, or consultant with a strong engineering background.
  • Demonstrable expertise in product and customer development, as well as stakeholder alignment.
  • High grit to do what it takes to drive business impact and progress over perfection, likely showcased in prior product roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on data pipelines and analytics engineering best practices.
  • Background in analytics roles such as analytics engineer, data engineer, or related consulting roles.
