Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the survey taking experience, including AI-driven advancements to push the envelope of the future of surveys.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
  • Prioritize customer signals and industry trends to improve product offerings.
  • Build a deep understanding of user personas and workflows, translating insights into clearly defined product specifications that align with the overall product strategy.
  • Build empathy for core personas/users and translate this into product specification documents.
  • Utilize data and user insights to guide development priorities and measure the impact of new features.
  • Work on building agentic capabilities into the survey taking experience.
  • Lead product launches including working with marketing to take new features and capabilities to market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.
  • Owner's mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven product development.
  • Experience working with streaming data and data preparation tools.
  • Experience in building omni-channel understanding for customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
