Heart valve disease impacts millions of lives worldwide, and Edwards' Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit is dedicated to transforming patient care through innovative devices supported by clinical evidence. The role involves developing professional education programs and strategies to support the organization’s mission of improving cardiovascular outcomes and building trusted relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility in both product/program expertise and procedural knowledge
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop strategically aligned messages on educational programs
  • Create and manage all product and/or program related training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution
  • Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management, and execution of existing programs, related trainings, and projects to maximize product and procedural outcomes
  • Develop tactics such as virtual symposiums and digital applications for local/region size and scope that support the strategy and incorporate new training methodologies
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors
  • Measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs through surveys, clinical feedback, and KOL review, and develop plans to address concerns
  • Drive process improvement for operational efficiency and measure the effectiveness of training efforts
  • Perform other incidental duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
  • 8 years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a large manufacturing company

  • Expertise in training execution and presentation skills
  • Proven successful organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • Understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to strategic event planning
  • Knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements
  • Ability to interact professionally across organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, marketing peers, and leadership
  • Strong relationship management with regional sales teams, clinical specialists, and training teams
  • Adherence to company rules, safety protocols, and environmental measures

  • Educational background including a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
