About the Role

Chewy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Virtual Healthcare to be part of their team focused on making pet healthcare more affordable and accessible across the US. The role involves building virtual care solutions that engage veterinary teams and pet parents, with responsibilities including developing the vision and roadmap for new capabilities, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving existing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Use customer-first mindset to guide the development and delivery of customer experiences for Pet Parents and Veterinary Professionals
Synthesize customer, business, market, and technical data to find opportunities, size them, and turn insights into potential features
Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for the product/feature suite ensuring alignment with customer and business goals
Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery and delivery, refining approach as needed
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
Build financial models to estimate the impact of proposed features
Provide clear communication and collaboration across teams
Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) and use data to inform decisions
Track progress and deliverables related to the product/feature suite across all tracks
Identify and mitigate risks to project deliverables and timelines

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in digital product management or related field
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Ability to conceptualize, develop, deliver, and scale products or services that deliver measurable customer and business benefits
Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including risk mitigation and managing priorities
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights
Ability to develop, present, and gain buy-in on a compelling vision and roadmap
Experience using qualitative and quantitative market research tools
Periodic travel (~10%)

Nice to Have

Experience launching new technology products/services supporting virtual delivery of care, medical or veterinary practices, or other services
MBA or equivalent
Strong understanding of the pet healthcare industry and recent trends
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms
In-depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US; DVM degree or veterinary certification
