Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams to define Cisco's Data Center Networking roadmap for secure, scalable AI/ML fabrics and enterprise data center solutions.
  • Articulate and promote our portfolio value proposition to drive business growth, focusing on emerging opportunities in AI/ML and enterprise workloads.
  • Define new product requirements and improvements, delivering a clear value proposition for customers.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, finance, customer service, sales, and channel partner teams to develop differentiated products and drive business success.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle from product definition to launch and end-of-life, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience in delivering technical products to market.
  • 5+ years of experience working with networking concepts, protocols, and architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Solid understanding of data center networking concepts, protocols, system design, and architectures (including ASIC).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving products from requirements to market success.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage different audience levels, both large and small.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably passionate about technical products.
  • 3+ years of expertise in developing business plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • MBA, advanced degree, or CCNA/CCIE certification preferred.

Qualifications
