We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager IC with deep expertise in Freighter Conversions and Maintenance Operations to join our high-impact Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance (CMM) marketing team. This role can be based in Seattle, WA or Long Beach, CA. The position involves leading the development and execution of strategies that position Boeing's aftermarket solutions as the industry benchmark, connecting advanced technologies with evolving market needs to drive growth, influence decision-makers, and deliver value to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and outpace competitors.
  • Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and customer needs.
  • Craft clear, persuasive messaging and sales enablement tools that empower sales teams and captivate customers.
  • Orchestrate seamless product launches and integrated marketing campaigns that maximize impact.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and drive ROI.
  • Represent Boeing at key industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a trusted thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in Aviation, Freighters, Maintenance Operations or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of aircraft modification and maintenance.
  • Proven success in launching complex products and leading impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives without direct authority.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and intellectually curious with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with aerospace aftermarket services.
  • Knowledge of market intelligence tools and data analysis.
  • Experience mentoring or leading marketing teams.

Qualifications
