Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for MHC's intelligent document automation solutions.
  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with target personas and drive market differentiation.
  • Create compelling sales enablement tools such as presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, and competitive positioning guides.
  • Launch new products and major features, partnering with Product Management and Revenue teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to create campaign messaging and content that supports lead generation goals.
  • Lead voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and case study development.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to refine buyer personas, value propositions, and objection-handling strategies.
  • Collaborate with analysts, influencers, and industry groups to enhance MHC's brand visibility in target markets.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in product marketing responsibilities, including market research, competitive landscape analysis, stakeholder communications, messaging, positioning, and product launches.
  • Knowledge of the intelligent document and/or payment automation space, with experience in areas such as Customer Communications Management (CCM), Accounts Payable Automation, AI-powered content generation, or enterprise content management (ECM).
  • Experience with financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, or other service-related industries.
  • Exceptional writing, speaking, messaging, and storytelling skills to communicate product value.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and product collateral that drive pipeline acceleration and customer adoption.
  • Experience engaging with customers to understand needs and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and strategic mindset with the ability to handle tactical details.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and others is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in the Office of the CFO or fintech space.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting AP automation, payments, or customer/compliance document automation software.
