As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Photoshop Product Marketing team, you will play a meaningful role in contributing to Photoshop’s short- and long-term business goals. You will influence go-to-market, marketing, and product strategies to accelerate Photoshop’s growth, contribute to business strategy, validate new product and audience opportunities, and drive growth through outbound marketing efforts. This role involves working on global, consumer-facing initiatives that drive consideration, adoption, engagement, and retention of Photoshop across surfaces and audiences, strengthen the creative community, and accelerate profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the GTM strategy required to propel Photoshop's growth, including mapping out quarterly strategy and completing outbound marketing efforts with partner teams.
  • Partner closely with product teams to understand new and updated features and advise on product marketing strategy, feature prioritization, and key metrics.
  • Develop key positioning and messaging for product marketing moments, validated by customers and the community, to drive audience action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR/Communications, Marketing Go-to-Market, Community, Social Data Science, Regional teams, and Legal to define and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Engage deeply on social platforms to understand and address customer needs and sentiment drivers.
  • Set goals and targets to assess the impact of initiatives based on benchmarks and industry standards, continually optimizing efforts.

Requirements

  • Product marketing experience with a track record of developing impactful marketing efforts aligned with broader business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including advanced written and verbal abilities, with the capacity to influence executives and peers.
  • Deep experience using Adobe Photoshop features and understanding key use cases and workflows.
  • Strong, data-driven strategic thinking about market opportunities and customer retention.
  • Results-oriented with outstanding analytical skills to inform strategy and optimize plans.
  • Ability to influence highly matrixed teams with differing goals and critical metrics.
  • BA/BS degree; MBA preferred, or 8+ years of relevant experience in consumer software technology.
  • Deep interest and experience using Photoshop for personal or professional use.
  • Passion for creativity and empowering creators.
  • Ability to define problems amidst ambiguity and act autonomously.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams with differing goals.
  • Patience and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly shifting environments.
  • Global culturalization and localization experience.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in consumer software technology.
  • Deep experience and interest in using Photoshop for personal or professional use.

  • Competitive salary range of $120,700 -- $213,400 annually, varying by location and experience.
