About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy and execution for our flagship products: All-Included Care and Navigation. This role involves shaping client value and upsell narratives, equipping Sales and Client Success teams with compelling assets, expanding market opportunities, and translating complex product capabilities into clear, data-driven stories. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams including General Management, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Consultant Relations, and Clinical teams. The ideal candidate will focus on strategy, effective marketing, communication, and relationship-building to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the market and conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and understand buyers.
  • Conduct thorough competitive intelligence gathering and analysis, including documenting feature sets and pricing to develop clear positioning and messaging.
  • Share meaningful market insights and create a feedback cycle between sales/account learnings and product teams.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Product Marketing to develop compelling, data-driven base messaging and sales assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and member stories for various customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consulting to deliver tailored assets for prospect meetings and high-priority sales opportunities.
  • Develop proposal content and support for specific new logo deals.
  • Own market-facing statistics in partnership with analytics to demonstrate product value and impact.
  • Maintain impact analysis tools to quantify value for prospects, working with Solutions Consulting, Analytics, and GM teams.
  • Maintain internal Confluence pages related to products and features.
  • Drive and partner on projects that increase team efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare.
  • 7 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on client marketing and upsell enablement.
  • 2 years of experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • 2 years of experience with product positioning, messaging, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and tell compelling stories with statistics.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality sales collateral including presentations and proposals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
  • Deep understanding of employer employee healthcare challenges and how to connect them to our products.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience selling complex products in the employer benefits space.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare and product marketing

  • Proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft Suite
