This role is responsible for advancing program engagement, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring T-Mobile Tuesdays continues to deliver industry-leading customer appreciation. You will be the go-to lead for all things engagement-using insights, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to influence the program's evolution. This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.
