About the Role

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage our subcontract for the Consolidated Security Cooperation Requirements Contract in support of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DAD DEC). The PM shall be responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract in support of DASA DEC. The PM responds to the needs of the government customer and ensures all tasks and deliverables are carried out in accordance with the contract. The PM is responsible for the daily management, accountability, and performance of all contractors and sub-contractors. Supports the organization in all aspects of foreign military sales, security assistance, security cooperation, defense exports, and technology transfer of Army systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract in support of DASA DEC.
Respond to the needs of the government customer and ensure all tasks and deliverables are carried out in accordance with the contract.
Oversee the daily management, accountability, and performance of all contractors and sub-contractors.
Support the organization in all aspects of foreign military sales, security assistance, security cooperation, defense exports, and technology transfer of Army systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree (Waived with 10 yrs Security Cooperation/Security Assistance (SC/SA) experience).
MS Office Suite including Project.
Active TS//SCI clearance.
Minimum 6 years of FMS experience as a program and/or task manager.
Experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating staff development and operations.
Experience managing and executing multi-million dollar operating and program budgets.
Experience managing a distributed development team utilizing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Performing program management functions such as resource allocation, schedule development, technical performance planning, and interface control.
Developing and verifying technical performance measures for space systems.
Developing configuration, data, and risk management plans for space systems.
Strong oral and written communications skills, with experience delivering formal presentations to customers.
Experience communicating with senior level contractor and Government personnel.
