Job Description

About the Role

At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We believe that starts from within - by creating a culture where our team feels supported, included, and inspired to do their best work. Our values guide how we show up for each other and our community every day. The Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations, will play a critical role in driving high-priority marketing initiatives from planning through execution, serving as a connective tissue between strategic marketing leads, PMMs, strategy, channel owners, and creative teams to ensure projects land on time and on brief.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and processes, ensuring their consistent application across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations to ensure marketing programs are clearly scoped, resourced, and aligned across creative, channel, and product stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic marketing programs, partnering with channel leads, creative, and product marketing.
  • Translate high-level strategies into integrated, actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and milestones.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and lead regular check-ins to track progress, surface risks, and drive decisions.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing and creative leads, helping connect dots across programs and anticipate downstream needs.
  • Facilitate key meetings, manage action items, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with strategy and brand teams in early program planning to scope timelines, define workstreams, and identify resources.
  • Serve as the central point of visibility for in-flight programs, keeping leadership informed and surfacing blockers or risks early.
  • Implement and maintain project tracking systems and dashboards for visibility into project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and optimize marketing project management tools, ensuring adoption and effective utilization.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project templates and SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the marketing organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management within a marketing environment, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate alignment across teams.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining project tracking systems and dashboards.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
